The team is looking for their next Human Resources Coordinator (Temporary) to join their amazing Human Resources team!

 

 

 

The hourly pay rate for this role is: $24.00 - 25.00 per hour

 

 

 

Schedule Pattern: Monday through Friday

 

 

 

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

     * Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 

     * At least one year of clerical/administrative experience required.

     * One-year previous experience in a customer service role is a plus!

 

 

 

What will I be doing?

 

The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative support for the Human Resources department in a positive and friendly manner. Duties include, but not limited to:

     * Answering phones & employee inquiries.

     * Accurate data entry of information into HR Systems. 

     * Assist in the administration of the recruitment process for all new hire and termination paperwork for team members. 

     * Operates office machines including but not limited to copier, fax machine, label maker and nametag machine. 

     * Prepare all necessary documents to ensure new hire folders are complete and accurate. 

     * Schedule and prepare new team members for New Hire Orientation. 

     * Other duties assigned by HR Director.
