Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a Lead Recreation Attendant, you’re not just supervising daily recreation operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

 

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

     * Supervise recreation operations: Oversee recreation-related pool, fitness center, and food & beverage services, activities, and programming

     * Lead the recreation team: Train, schedule, and supervise team members

     * Oversee recreation set up: Manage chair and cabana setup, towel service, and personalized poolside amenities; oversee furniture setup for special events

     * Deliver exceptional service: Monitor service quality, engage with guests to assess satisfaction, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally

     * Manage inventory and supplies: Oversee linen, amenities, and food & beverage inventory to ensure proper stock levels and minimize loss

     * Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
