Ideal candidate for this role will possess:

Availability to work 5 shifts each week (Saturday and Sunday required; 8:30am - 5:00pm)

Valid Massage Therapist License

At least 1 year’s hotel spa experience.

 

Shift Pattern: Varied: 5 shifts (Saturday and Sunday required) 8:30am – 5:00pm

 

Pay: A flat rate incentive equivalent to 28% of the service provided.

What will I be doing?

 

As a Massage Therapist, you would be responsible for performing massages and/or body treatments for guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

     * Utilize, maintain and conduct inventory of supplies and products.

     * Maintain cleanliness of work area.

     * Maintain records as required by federal, state, local and company regulations.

     * Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest service issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.

     * Perform general Spa duties, as needed.

     * Flexible scheduling availability.

 

What are we looking for?

 

EDUCATION

 

High School Diploma or GED required.

 

EXPERIENCE

 

1 year massage therapy experience is preferred.

 

LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES

 

Hawaii State approved Massage Therapy License required.

 

GROOMING

 

All team members must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance (specific standards available).

 

OTHER

 

Additional language ability preferred.
