Job Description

Our client is seeking a temporary full-time Accounting Clerk (with the possibility of a long term extension) to help handle inquiries related to Accounts Payable from vendors and other departments.

Ideal candidates will have general knowledge of PMS Opera, POS InfoGenesis, Book4time, Google Suite platform, and Microsoft Office.

Pay

$20 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Review, input, edit and post AP vouchers in Accounts Payable module of accounting system.
  • Respond to inquires related to Accounts Payable from other departments.
  • Receive and resolve accounts payable calls from vendors as needed.
  • Prepare staff laundry report and reconcile with vendor invoice.
  • Audit cash and credit card activity for all outlets and ensure accurate and complete deposit or transmittal to the bank or processing company daily.
  • Post Account Receivable payments.

Qualifications

  • General knowledge of PMS Opera, POS InfoGenesis, Book4time, Google Suite platform, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal).
  • Ability to perform job functions independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality of work.
  • Ability to present a professional image to external and internal customers of the company.
  • Ability to keep sensitive information confidential at all times.
  • Ability to work overtime hours and/or hours outside of regular business operational hours.
