Part-time, 20-30 hours per week between Monday-Friday


Waikoloa, Big Island


$20 an hour


  • Answer all incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain email correspondences.
  • Perform data entry.
  • Process field orders.
  • Process new service requests and stop requests.
  • Apply mail-in payments to accounts.
  • Assist with A/R collections.


  • Experience in customer service as well as general office experience (answering phones, typing, filing, copying).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of cash handling and balancing.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment state and federal background check and drug test.
