Job Description

A local high-end jewelry store with multiple locations is looking for an experienced sales associate to join their team. In this role, you will be greeting customers, assisting customers with questions and concerns and maintaining the store's appearance. This job offers competitive hourly pay and monthly commissions and bonuses!

Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of sales and customer service experience. Prior experience working with jewelry is a plus but not required.

Hours

Full-time, between 9:00am-6:00pm (Part-time also available)

Location

• Waikoloa, Big Island
• Kailua-Kona, Big Island
• Waimea, Big Island

Pay

$20 to $25 an hour, plus monthly commissions and bonuses

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service.
• Assist customers with questions and requests regarding fine jewelry and gemstones.
• Maintain store cleanliness and appearance.
• Process payment transactions and end of day reconciliations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Prior experience in fine jewelry/gemstones preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
