Job Description

A local property management company is seeking a full-time Office Administrative Assistant. This role will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties including answering phones, performing data entry, and greeting incoming clients. The ideal candidate for this position must have strong communication skills and computer knowledge.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Location

Waikoloa, Big Island

Pay

$18 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Greet and direct incoming clients and guests.
  • Receive and solve operation inquiries and issues.
  • Collect gross sales reports from vendors.
  • Perform data entry duties as assigned.
  • Carry out general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 3-5 years of clerical/office experience.
  • Property management office experience a plus.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel programs.
  • Ability to type efficiently and use a 10-key.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented organized.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and good customer service skills.
