Office Administrative Assistant (103892)A local property management company is seeking a full-time Office Administrative Assistant. This role will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties including answering phones, performing data entry, and greeting incoming clients. The ideal candidate for this position must have strong communication skills and computer knowledge.
Hours
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Location
Waikoloa, Big Island
Pay
$20 an hour
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Greet and direct incoming clients and guests.
- Receive and solve operation inquiries and issues.
- Collect gross sales reports from vendors.
- Perform data entry duties as assigned.
- Carry out general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Must have at least 3-5 years of clerical/office experience.
- Property management office experience a plus.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel programs.
- Ability to type efficiently and use a 10-key.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be detail-oriented organized.
- Excellent phone etiquette and good customer service skills.
