The gorgeous Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea, is looking for a Food and Beverage Cashier to join this incredible team!


As the resort’s wellness-focused market, Loulu offers an array of delicious items such as artisanal pizza, hand-crafted acai bowls, or fresh-brewed local coffee. Named after the only palm native to Hawaiʻi, this down-to-earth artisanal café-market concept reflects our commitment to nature, sustainability, and wellness with its local goods, imported specialties, and organic grab-and-go options.


Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star property is consistently ranked among the world's best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining.

     * Classification: Full-Time

What will I be doing?


As a Food and Beverage Cashier, you would be responsible for totaling and processing guest food and beverage purchases in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

     * Greet and acknowledge guests upon check-out from dining outlet

     * Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests to include, but not limited to, using the point-of-sale system, handling money, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates and cards

     * Preparing, servicing, and taking guests' orders for beverages and/or food in a friendly, courteous, professional and timely manner to ensure total guest satisfaction

     * Ascertain guest satisfaction and work to resolve any guest issues or concerns, enlisting the assistance of a supervisor, if necessary

     * Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
