Auto Body Painter We're seeking a talented Auto Body Painter to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking appropriate areas
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve perfect matches for various vehicle makes and models
- Apply primer, paint, and clear coat using spray guns and other specialized equipment
- Perform touch-ups and repairs on existing paint jobs
- Blend new paint with existing finishes for seamless results
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion
- Stay updated on industry trends and new painting techniques
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Painter or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of automotive painting techniques and color matching
- Proficiency in using various painting tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and steady hands
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
