BEVERAGE PURCHASING MANAGER

This Beverage Purchasing Manager is responsible for forecasting and managing inventory using data and system tools, placing and tracking purchase orders, and coordinating closely with sales and warehouse teams to maintain product availability and integrity. Oversees shipping, receiving, and supplier relationships, including negotiating contracts, monitoring deliveries, and handling pallet returns. Ensures compliance with company policies and regulations, maintains accurate records, supports freight and shipping logistics, and contributes to purchasing processes, inventory reconciliation, and continuous improvement through market analysis and updated industry knowledge.

Starting:  $65,000/annual

Qualification Standards

               Required Education

High school diploma or GED      

Associates' or Bachelor's in Business or related field

               Required Experience

                              2 - 4 years of purchasing and or inventory control experience

                              1 - 2 years of forecasting, data analysis, or related analytical roles.         

                              Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
