  • 7/17/26: 10:00 am - 12:00 pm (Training Day)

  • 7/18/26: 7:00 am - 2:00 pm (Ballot Test)

  • 7/28/26: 11:00 am - 5:00 pm (Official Scan)

  • 8/1/26: 11:00 am - 5:00 pm (Official Scan)

  • 8/4/26: 11:00 am - 5:00 pm (Official Scan)

  • 8/6/26: 11:00 am - 5:00 pm (Official Scan)

  • 8/8/26: 12:00 pm - 11:59 pm (Election Day)

  • 8/9/26: 12:00 am - 6:00 pm (Post Election Day)

Pay

$22 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Scan in mail-in ballots to ensure accurate processing for both the primary and general elections.
  • Work with scanning equipment in a focused, fast-paced environment where precision and efficiency are required.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional attention to detail is a must.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of documents quickly while maintaining 100% accuracy.
  • Comfortable operating scanning machinery and basic computer interfaces.
  • Must be punctual and adaptable. Staff must be flexible with the schedule, as you may be dismissed early on days when ballot volume is lower than expected.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow strict security protocols.
