CONTROLLER

The Controller is responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, and maintaining strong internal controls. This role manages the day-to-day accounting functions, supports strategic decision-making through financial analysis, and ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Controller partners closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.

Starting Salary:  $90,000/annual

Qualification Standards:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of financial audit experience (internal and/or external) is required.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or operations-based environments preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing accounting teams; experience supervising multiple direct reports preferred.
