We are looking for a reliable and neat Customer Service Representative to join our client's local auto body shop! In this role, you will be the face and voice of the shop, providing essential support to the office manager and estimators. You will help ensure the daily operations run smoothly while providing excellent service to the customers. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, communicative, and friendly.

Hours

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Location

Wailuku, Maui

Pay

$23 to $25 an hour

Responsibilities

• Manage front-office operations, including answering phones and responding to emails.
• Assist the estimating team with paperwork, filing, and data entry.
• Provide top-tier customer service to clients throughout the repair process.
• Safely shuttle customer vehicles as needed (Valid Driver’s License required).
• General administrative support as requested.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License (Required).
• Previous experience working in an office setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or other web-based software.
