WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

The Warehouse Supervisor will plan, organize, and monitor the storage and distribution of all beverages received at the dock, ensuring smooth, consistent operations. The position will supervise approximately 6-10 employees.

This role is responsible for overseeing warehouse and receiving operations to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate handling of inventory. Key duties include staffing and scheduling to meet operational needs, conducting interviews, training and developing warehouse associates, and monitoring performance. The position ensures all employees safely operate material handling equipment and supports performance management through coaching, documentation, and evaluations.

Responsibilities also include maintaining and tracking warehouse equipment, ensuring proper racking and storage, and researching and procuring suitable material handling equipment to support safe and cost-effective operations. The role works closely with Accounting and Distribution to resolve discrepancies, manage inventory control, and optimize warehouse space.

Additional duties include overseeing product staging for next-day deliveries, ensuring proper storage, rotation, and write-offs, monitoring warehouse performance through eoStar reporting, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Qualification Standards

18 years or older

Required Education

High School Diploma or GED

               Required Experience

                              1+ years of warehouse/ beverage distribution experience

                              1+ year of supervisory experience

               Preferred: 3+ years of warehouse experience
