Job Description


The Medical Records Assistant performs a variety of clerical duties involved in maintaining patient’s medical records.  Filing, scanning, retrieving, and electronically storing related documents in accordance with established priorities and procedures. Business is performed in a courteous manner.  Strict patient confidentiality is maintained at all times
