Full-time, 8:30am-4:30pm, must be able to work weekends and/or holidays

Pay

$62,748 a year

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the work activity of the dietary unit.
• Develop and maintain menu for patients including those with dietary restrictions.
• Plan department budget for supplies, equipment and menu.
• Comply with Federal and State regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of culinary and/or food management experience.
• Required Certifications: Certified Dietary Manger or Certified Food Protection Professional.
• Great interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
