Job Description

We are currently looking for applicants for our Kitchen Helper position at a busy medical facility in Kohala! You will assist in the kitchen of a medical facility with duties such as dishwashing, cleaning, food preparation, and foodservice. Apply now to be considered for this opportunity!

Hours

Full-time, Shift work, 6:00am-2:30pm or 9:30am-6:00pm

Location

Waimea, Big Island

Pay

$21 an hour

Responsibilities

• Clean the kitchen areas and equipment.
• Wash dishes and utensils.
• Assist the cook with food preparation.
• Assist with food service.
• Assist with cashier duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or kitchen preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid Food Handler card for Hawaii.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Must be able to obtain a TB card.
• COVID-19 vaccination required by client for this position. This is not an ALTRES Staffing requirement.
