Job Description

A dependable, trustworthy individual is wanted for a full-time Receptionist/Admin Assistant position in Kamuela. You will be responsible for assisting a construction company with the following duties:

 

  • Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and direct them to the appropriate departments
  • Ensure documents are properly filed, stored, and updated
  • Prepare documents, emails, and other pieces of correspondence
  • Assist with basic administrative duties, such as faxing and copying
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Required Education and Qualifications:

 

  • Basic knowledge of computers
  • Strong typing and data entry skills
  • Fast-paced work ethic
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
