Part-time, Monday to Friday, 16-24 hours/week, flexible

Pay
$24 an hour
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update accounting records and files.
- Process invoices and ensure timely payment to vendors.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Handle communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist with audits, fact checks and resolving discrepancies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Timberline accounting software required.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
