Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm


Waipahu, Oahu


$15 an hour, flexible up to $17/hr Depending on experience


  • Answer incoming phone calls, take accurate messages, and transfer calls.
  • Input information into database and write reports.
  • Assist the team with daily administrative tasks such as printing, copying, filing, mailing, etc.


  • Familiarity with Mac computers preferred.
  • File maker and database experience a plus.
  • Quick learner with a strong work ethic and common sense.
  • Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated.
