Business Development Associate

We’re a fast-growing custom cabinet and countertop company bringing Hawaii made custom cabinets and woodworking solutions to builders, remodelers, Interior designers and developers across Hawaii. We will also be adding other products such as windows and siding

Your Role:

We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to help us expand our network of Interior designer, contractor, and builder clients. You’ll be responsible for prospecting, cold outreach, and helping qualify high-volume accounts that are ready to upgrade their cabinet and countertop supplier.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to general contractors, Interior designers, Developers, and construction firms
• Present our custom products and pricing
• Schedule warehouse/showroom visits or flyer/sample drop-offs for senior sales team follow-up
• Track and manage your outreach pipeline
• Help us grow awareness through field visits, calls, and email campaigns

Skills

• Have 1–3 years in B2B sales, construction supply, or home improvement
• Are comfortable with cold calling, lead follow-up, and CRM use
• Are confident speaking to builders and contractor decision-makers
• Are driven, organized, and ready to help shape a growing team
• Want to grow into a higher-level trade or account management role
• Proven experience in sales or business development with a strong track record of achieving targets.

• Base pay + commission or per-closed contract bonus structure
