Job Description


Well established developer seeks a Customer Service Representative to join its Hawaii team assisting with warranty services. The successful candidate will work closely with the home buyer during inspection and orientation; primary contact after key release; resolves service warranty issues by coordinating, scheduling and monitoring request until completion; determines and communicates covered items under the Customer Care Program or the Home Builder’s Limited Warranty program. Will also maintain, develop, implement and manage all homeowner customer service warranty programs.


High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. The candidate should have at least 2 years of customer service experience; familiarity in the construction or service industry helpful.  Must be flexible, have good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude; ability to multitask, and prioritize projects.  Be driven to work in a dynamic, multicultural, diverse environment. Salary commensurate with experience.
