Front Desk/Admin Support (198649-5)

A contractor in Waipahu is looking for full-time Front Desk and Admin Support. This role will be in charge of answering phones, dispatching two company delivery trucks, and collecting client payments. Qualified candidates for this role must have at least two years of office experience. Experience with QuickBooks is a huge plus.


Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm


Waipahu, Oahu


$17 to $18 an hour


  • Answer all incoming phone calls and assist walk-in clients.
  • Dispatch company delivery trucks.
  • Collect payments and provide customer invoices.
  • Maintain electronic logs and organize hard-copy files.
  • Assist multiple departments with administrative duties including but not limited to printing, copying, supply ordering, mail organizing, etc.


  • Minimum 2 years of office experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills with good communication.
  • Advanced Word, Outlook, and Excel skills. QuickBooks experience a plus.
  • Comfortable operating a multi-line phone system.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain strong attention to detail.
