Job Description

An office administrative Shop Clerk is needed in Waipahu to assist with the day to day operations of the company. You will be supporting the general manager with a variety of duties, as well as making sure everything is running smoothly.

 

A valid driver's license and clean driving abstract is required for this position.

 

Additional Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist with HR responsibilities, such as daily time cards, scheduling, recaps
  • Create spreadsheets to track recaps
  • Take care of purchase orders
  • Organize any incoming and outgoing mail
  • Keep inventory stocked, up to date, and reorder supplies when needed
  • Process any invoices that come in
  • Handle cash and work the cash register
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails
  • Welcome vendors and customers as they come in

 

Required Education and Qualifications:

 

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving abstract
  • Must have computer knowledge
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Able to work well independently with minimal supervision
