Job Description

A well-known company specialized in tax preparation services is looking for a seasonal Office Manager to join their team. The person in charge will be responsible for two offices, one in Waipio and one in Kunia. 

 

We are looking for someone who has great leadership skills, related experience, and who can start ASAP and commit through April 2019.

 

Additional Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage daily operations, logistics, and office staff 
  • Assist in recruiting and interviewing of tax office associates
  • Lead teams to deliver top-notch customer service and exceed goals
  • Grow local partnerships using new client growth tactics
  • Assist in development and execution of office business plans 

 

Required Education and Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail supervisor or office management role
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • Experience in tax preparation beneficial but not required
  • Ability to work overtime during busy season
  • Great leadership skills
