Job Description

This person will be taking heavy inbound calls and scheduling appointments. Must be familiar with the Islands for dispatching.

Hours

Full-time, Monday- Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm

Location

Waipio, Oahu

Pay

$22 to $25 an hour

Responsibilities

• Handling incoming calls.
• Respond to customer questions, inquiries by phone or email.
• Document customer conversations with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain and update customer inquiries and status.
• Enter customer information into company database or spreadsheets.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Previous customer service or administrative experience.
• Must be familiar with the Island of Oahu.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft office.
• Good organizational skills.
• Dependable with strong problem solving abilities.
